I kept thinking of canon-parallel lines that could be in a crossover, such as in the scene with Jim from IT…

“Uh, nothing. John, pass me that…?”
“Oh, allow me!” Jim said as he fumbled for the petrie dish, which then tumbled to the floor…
And possibly the idea that rats and vermin are starting to become more accepted in modern times, but there’s still that stigma there that they’re, well, vermin.
Interesting, I hadn’t thought about approaching it as a modern version of the Redwall Universe as well. I was more inserting the Sherlock characters into the Redwall time and setting. Hmm. Not sure which way I want to go with it now.
